In the new version of CA+, we improved the display of transaction details — now incoming transfers contain more information for easier payment identification. We also standardized QR codes for payment details to improve compatibility with other banks and implemented a number of technical enhancements for an even more convenient app experience.

Card-to-card transfers within the bank now come with emojis, we’ve added IBAN payment tracking by UETR through the bank’s own service, improved app accessibility in line with NBU requirements, expanded the list of utility providers, and launched the “Invite a Friend” program. The app has become even more convenient and accessible.

CA+ now supports QR codes and links in format 003 in accordance with NBU requirements. Scan QR codes with your camera, upload them from your gallery, or open links - payment details will be filled in automatically. If an instant transfer fails, CA+ will show the reason and suggest what to do next.

Instant IBAN transfers are now available within Crédit Agricole Bank, the card number scanning experience has been improved, and premium clients can now see the VIP support line. Helpful tips are now available when making transfers using full payment details, and the “Checkout” screen displays complete information about the transaction. During the online onboarding process, users are informed about the full list of documents required via Diia and their validity period. The BankID authorization process has been adapted in accordance with current legal requirements. A dollar sign icon ($) has been added to the FX to deposit section for more convenient navigation.

User can cancel the payment with full details from the card or account within 60 seconds after the transfer. In the addresses folder, you’ll see a list of companies with accounts for that address, including their statuses, details, and the initial billed amount for invoices paid this month. After changing the language in CA+, the bank’s website opens in the same language selected in the app.
