Finally they fixed the Error Saying “ Something Went Wrong, Please Try Again Later “, When Setting up a account and scanning the ID But now after the update when you take a selfie after that it completes shows a forum where you double check everything is correct it will say “ Sorry for the inconvenience, We are Having some technical issues, Please try again later. “ Hope that gets fixed!
iOS 27 Update Issue

The app doesn’t work on iOS 27 and keeps showing the same error message “Please disable VPN and try again” Although, I don’t have any activated VPN and I’ve tried to login using different devices running iOS 27 and had the same issue on all of them, it only works normally on the devices running iOS 26, so please update the app to make it compatible with the new OS.

Functions are very limited on the app, I’ve recently made transactions on my debit card and they are not showing up. I cannot make any changes about my information such as mobile number, manage card PIN, and others. The app can sometimes freeze when going through the options. These slight changes can make huge improvements to card holders for an otherwise great bank.
