When you try to open the app it tells you that you need to update, but you have the latest…. Even deleting and reinstalling it does this.

When I open the app, all I get is it loading and message says “Please Wait” 15 minutes later, I’m still waiting. Over the years this has been the worse app I have ever used. Doesn’t help they require you to change your password so often, you normally can’t use the app even if it did work correctly. Terrible app and terrible returns on your investment.

I can log in, my dashboard shows my balance, but then it says my password has expired and gives me a “Continue” option which takes me right back to the login screen. There’s no option to reset your password and no contact information. Essentially useless. And the fact that the developer hasn’t provided security details to Apple makes this a hard pass.

I don’t understand the point of developing an app if you don’t include basic functionality such as displaying allocation graphs. What is the purpose of the app intended to be? It appears the whole purpose of it to be able to say “We have an app” as I can’t find a function for it beyond that.
