Took the test today and passed with 3 missed answers but these were things that I could’ve sworn I read in the handbook but it slipped my mind. I'd say make sure you study the various fines and consequences for dui’s, collisions and fleeing as the DMV loved to make sure you really read the whole handbook. The rest of the questions were breezed through thanks to this app!! For the many features it gives you at no cost, the ads weren't an issue. The best part is the explanation it gives and the answers aren't written exactly like the DMV, the wrong answers were obvious. The actual test will have some questions that have 2 answers that make you question yourself. I appreciated the explanations because I wasn't just memorizing the “correct answer” but instead learning more efficiently. The ones you missed are marked and you can go back to them. There are many different tests, all being 46 questions (like the actual dmv test) and although there were many questions that repeated multiple times, it helped regardless.

Great for how I usually learn, but it now has some flaws I don’t like.1. It’s now formatted like a mobile app (in the iPad version). What I mean by that is that it is more vertical whereas in the previous version it fit the screen.2. The ads. It’s a free app, so I’m not going to complain about the ads existing, it’s just the placement. In the quizzes, video ads will just pop up at random times (they fill the whole screen), whereas in the previous version they only occurred between questions. Very annoying. The other thing is the bottom ad when taking the quizzes. If you scroll to the bottom to click “next,” it will block the button. Since the ad is free-floating (not to the complete bottom of the screen), you have to scroll enough to see the “next” button, but enough that it will be below the ad.3. When you click an answer, it automatically confirms. In the previous version, you chose the answer and clicked the “next” button to confirm. It is pretty annoying and I don’t see why it’s like that when it is a WRITTEN test. Not spoken, WRITTEN.So yeah, pretty nice but has flaws. Would recommend if you can deal with these!!

I honestly didn’t know what to expect with this app, but it was amazing. First…there were enough exams to thoroughly prepare you. Second…whether or not you answered a question correctly there was an explanation on why the answer was correct or incorrect. If you took the time to read each explanation you gained more information than just what the question was asking, so it created a passive learning experience. Third…the exams modeled the questions exactly like they were on the exam. I was concerned that possible there might be more than 3 choices on each question or that they were questions that were no longer used on the exams. I’ve recommended this app to everyone I’ve talked to. Thanks, even though I’d read the manual, the app was by far better at preparing me. It was the perfect study guide.

I have been so much distracted by my phone so much during my study in which makes me loose concentration of my focusing study. It was until I discovered the DMV test app that help me study for my phone and my tablet. It’s good for the permit and the dmv test. When I tried it, I felt addicted and make the questions recognizable. I remember every single questions during this test. Well…except for one of the questions that I confused with haha. I’m very thankful for the developers who made this app. Thanks to the app, I passed the exam! Almost forgot, make sure to not get distracted by the ads. 👍
