I am having difficulty navigating through the app to find the billing information. Also, if financial assistance is needed, what would the criteria be and how would one setup an appointment to speak with a financial advisor for a payment plan or assistance with not, only the paying for services provided but also an individual to help with insurance coverage.Thank you,Nichole

I was able to get statements on my iPhone when clicking on square on opening page. Now all you get is a white screen. Customer service wants you to try again and again and claims it is working. I sent a picture of the screen and was told to use my computer instead. Nothing mentioned about fixing the issue. I found a work around by clicking a link mentioning Ckaims not Claims statements. Not sure why they have two links one which takes you out of the app and another that opens the statement in the app.

Without notice Quartz removed all health information from the app-the only assistance given is a note on the app to use “your clinic’s app” Where do we find that info? What if we are dealing with multiple Doctors in multiple different clinics? Will we need to log into multiple different apps to find our clinical information. This was poorly communicated to members and seems like it creates more hassle and confusion for patients.

After using myChart with my primary care provider, I had high hopes switching to an insurance that uses the same system. It’s incredibly disappointing to be redirected to the website in my mobile browser any time I click anything in the app and defeats the purpose of downloading it. What is the point of encouraging users to download the app when it doesn’t function well? I would have rather just been encouraged to use the site instead of being promised convenience in an app only to be let down.
