I recently was diagnosed with cancer that required months of treatments. There were many different doctors, as well as, friends and family who wanted to stay updated on how I was doing. To be able to update my condition on this app, have my friends and family see in real time how i was doing , and then send me messages of support was so reassuring. I wanted them to be able to see how I was doing without receiving many calls and texts. The Connected Care app also let me put my numerous doctors appointments in the calendar to stay organized . I could check everyday for my appointments. I could update my medications and vital signs immediately with each visit to the doctor. This app allowed multiple people to come with me to any appointment and be able to pull up my details to assist the medical providers with information about my medical history. I really felt CONNECTED! For anyone who is having a situation like my own, or who has a mom, dad, aunt, or child who needs regular care-giving, this is for you! You can keep a virtual eye on your loved one. The inputs are so easy to do and direct for any caregivers. Also, there is a report tool where I could send my weights, blood sugars, and blood sugars to my doctor prior to my visits! I know many people are asked to do this!

I live out of state and this app has allowed me to keep up with my 96 year old mom’s health. All of my family is on the app so we can see daily how she is doing and we can communicate with each other through the app. This saves us so much time!!! A few months ago she had to be admitted to hospital for a procedure. I was able to follow in real time her progress and treatment which gave me such a peace of mind since I couldn’t be there. Thanks for such a wonderful app!

I have used several apps for specific functions over the years until I found this one that has everything all together in one place! It’s especially great for real time updates since my mother lives out of state and I am now able to track and know much more about her daily care. Connected care is now my family’s #1 go to for keeping up with our mother

My family uses this app to monitor our mom. We have non-medical care givers who input the observations. Mom has a blood pressure machine at home so heart rate and blood pressure are checked. We send the reports to mom’s doctors before her appointments too! WE feel like we all know what’s going on and can assess subtle changes quickly with the daily inputs (ever more than daily when she doesn’t feel well!). We are grateful!
