There is a reason you’ll always find a line at Espresso & Milk. Sam the proprietor is meticulous in selecting the finest ingredients and when he can’t procure, he’ll make it in house. You taste the difference in every sip or bite. The human experience is also a reason customers are so loyal - smiles, warmth and the baristas are experts at their craft taking pride in their work and happy to give a recommendation. Skip the toxic mold in chain coffee purveyors and come here instead!

The Best coffee I was able to find in the Loop so far. Everything is on point : the coffee, the staff, the ambiance . Super convenient app too. I always order through the app, this way it’s ready by the time I get to the place!

Kind and convenient

LetItOut!
I work in the lyric opera building, and this is by far the best coffee shop in the loop. No frills, quick, convenient, but the staff here are all incredibly kind. It makes even the most mundane days a little more tolerable.
