Osmo Counting Town Freezes

We’ve had problems from the start with this app. We were able to make the tent and bird then it would freeze. After deleting the app and reinstalling, we can’t get passed the tent without it freezing. Tech support didn’t help!

Worth the money! I was hoping Osmo would come out with counting game since their Numbers game is too advanced for my kiddo. She’s 4 and this game keeps her entertained and reinforces her counting skills (much needed especially with COVID). Her favorite part is making the numbers and she loves helping the characters and making them happy.

We have loved Osmo for years, but they seem more like a scam at this point. I purchased the essential math bundle years ago, which includes counting town. The app will not let us do anything other than the free trial. There is zero way to contact Osmo because the support link on their website leads to a broken page. Save your money, it’s disappointing that a once amazing product is now just stealing money.

Can’t get beyond the second game

This seems like it would be a lot of fun but we cannot get beyond making the bird. The camera goes to take a picture then stops and nothing happens. Even after resetting the app multiple times it won’t work. Very disappointing

Upgraded to Unity 6 for improved performance and compatibility with latest iPad models. Bug fixing and performance improvements. Fixed several setup flow issues to prevent crashes. Updated privacy and support links throughout the app. Updated analytics system.
