Osmo is using the screen to create a new healthy, hands-on learning experience that promotes creativity, problem-solving and social interaction. We do this with our reflective artificial intelligent technology.
With the upcoming launch of the new Osmo Coding Starter Kit, we made improvements to Coding Awbie:
- Updated character animations and visual improvements.
- Refined puzzles and improved tutorials.
- New “Tap the Screen” feature allows you to play without using a Play Block.
- New “Subroutine” feature allows you to easily record and preview your saved code.
- Repeat Blocks now requires a quantifier to loop, but are simpler to use.
- Added compatibility for the new Osmo Coding Blocks, but don’t worry, your current blocks are still 100% compatible.
- A few bug fixes.

My five year old loves this coding game but....
My five year old loves this coding game so much it's all he talks about. However, he's blown through every available level in a few weeks (would have been sooner if we let him have more iPad time). He's asking me every day if there is an update yet?
Is there an idea of when more levels will be available?
Nice concept, but keeps crashing
The app is nicely conceptualized. Like all the Osmo products, the screen plus hands-on-pieces combination really keeps my six year old engaged in learning. This and all Osmo products are a nice complement to existing curricula, especially when kids are home with school closures. But the app crashes (closes unexpectedly) every four or five minutes and my six year old loses a little bit of progress each time—thankfully, not all progress in the level is lost. This has really cut her motivation and she no longer wants to play this game. Other Osmo apps, especially the pizza game, have kept her engaged on an ongoing basis and they are much more stable. Would give this five stars if it didn’t crash so much.
Amazing!!! But what the heck is the mountain???
I, myself play Osmo coding and it is amazing. The graphics are beautiful and it can't get any better. Though, what is the sick mountain? I think I am on the last realm and was clicking on the arrow to see what was next, and I saw a poor sick mountain and got very confused as to what it is. I searched and watched everything but still never found anything. Please let me know if possible.
