First i was having a really hard time getting in and then i thought to myself why don't you ask them for help and then i messaged them and waited a long time and they still aren't answering it so if your working for this company and your seeing this please reply to me.

Unable to save videos to my device

After a LOT of effort I eventually got the cameras connected to the app. The cameras recorded to a SD card and I was able to download the videos from the SD card using the app. The problem? It just saved them to the “album” in the app itself. I can watch the videos in the app, but can’t download them from the album to the photos/videos on my device. So, I can’t edit or share or do anything with them at all. There is what looks like a download button, but it does nothing. And if I click the share button there is no option to save it to Photos. Any attempt to save to files or to read the data directly off of the SD card into a computer both result in unusable files that literally nothing can read or use or import. So, I’ve got a camera and associated app that, with a lot of pain, I was able to take video with sound using. But I can ONLY watch that video in the app itself and nowhere else. It is stupid. Multiple attempts to reach out to developers for assistance have been worthless. No response. There is potential here…but sadly, it isn’t good enough to be at all usable.

Great monitoring device

The front facing review on here was terribly negative. I didn’t have a single issue with my setup or user experience. Camera has 3 resolution modes (720p, 1080p, and 4K full HD). You need to give it access to your photo album for it to save recorded videos and pictures, which is no big deal, most social media requires the same access. Night vision is awesome on this thing and if you can leave it plugged into an appliance that has a USB port that is always on (like a sound bar) you can leave this thing on all the time.
