If you are a serious investor, I would steer clear of this software. If you are a passive investor with one property and one bank account, then this might be the solution for you. But it becomes a mess when you have multiple bank accounts and properties. The software routinely duplicates accounts and expenses requiring you to manually fix. It doesn't look like it's improving much either.

If you have more than one property and bank account, do not use this software. It routinely duplicates account and expenses and will eat up your time and patience. The features are very limited. Simply not suitable for anyone that takes their portfolio seriously.
What a disappointment

We purchased their product so that we could test it with all the functionality. We had been working with their text support trying to get it to do what we needed. Once we determined that it wasn’t going to work for us we were told that we could not get a refund because we had used it for 13 days. We paid for a whole year, if you want to work with a company that would do this to a customer your making a big mistake. They should be ashamed I would avoid this app like the plague!!!!!!!!!!
