Through this app, you can: * View your schedule. * Receive notifications when a schedule is added, changed or removed. * Keep track of their working hours quickly and efficiently. * Notify your supervisor that you are running late to your next scheduled activity. * Create in time-off requests and receive notifications when request statuses change, or changes occur. * See what days are available for leave, which slots are filling up quickly and where you are at in line for waitlisted time-off requests. * Request a shift trade with a specific coworker or post a shift to the trade board. * Browse the shifts available to trade and drop a current shift or add a new shift. You can also view the status of these events. * Receive notifications when a schedule is added, or removed, when a time off request is approved or denied, when a shift has been offered, and when a shift trade has been accepted or denied.

I can basically only log in once a day because if I try and log in again at any other time I get an error message. I saw a lot of reviews citing the same issue so I don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed. What’s the point of having the app of it doesn’t work?

Myself and others within my organization have been unable to gain access to our schedule services on the app for over a month. It was great before this as we were able to view schedules, shift trade and request/cancel time off requests while out of office and not having to worry about killing our adherence. Several of us were told by management that this was a known issue that our team was working with Genesys to get corrected but again it has now been well over a month since we have been able to actually use the app. We were also advised to report the issue to Genesys and apple but I have been unable to even do that the several times I have attempted to so hopefully this review reaches someone that can help resolve the problem. As I stated previously, the app works great when it actually works and we would love to get back to utilizing it.
