ToDev
Freelance tasks and invoices
Free · In‑App Purchases
Plan the week, keep every client project on track, and see who still owes you. Your tasks, projects and invoices in one app.
ToDev is a planner for freelancers. Your tasks, client projects and invoices live in one place, so you can see what to do today and what you are still owed.
TODAY
Open the app and see what is due today, what slipped from earlier days, and which projects are active this week. Move late tasks to today in one tap. When the day is light, Today shows what is coming up next.
WEEK
See the whole week as one list, or tap a day to focus on it. Swipe a task right to complete it, or left to move it to another day.
PROJECTS AND CLIENTS
Group tasks by project, give each project a color, and link it to a client. A project shows its open and finished tasks, its invoices and its client on one page.
MONEY
Record income and expenses, mark invoices as paid, and attach the PDF. Money shows what clients owe you, what is overdue, and what you earned and spent this year.
ON IPHONE AND IPAD
On iPad, lists and details sit side by side and the Week becomes a seven-day board. Sign in with Apple, Google or email. Your data syncs with the web app at todev.app.
PLANS
Basic is free: 3 projects, 3 clients, 3 invoices and 120 tasks.
Business: 50 projects, 50 clients, 50 invoices and 2,000 tasks.
Premium: no limits.
Business and Premium are monthly subscriptions that renew until you cancel them in your App Store account settings.
