I have tried everything to lose weight every pill or fad. My doctor told me about this and I was okay I will try it. I started 3 weeks ago. And I have lost over 10 lbs, it is super easy I wasn’t starving. I even tried to go and hour or so over if I didn’t hungry.

Very pretty app, but difficult to use

I like that you can use the basic version of this app, and still have the full ability to mark and track fasting periods. It’s a very aesthetically appealing app, too. However, in instances where I needed to fix/adjust a fast, it was very challenging to do and a pain. It simply is not user friendly in this respect. The highlight/focal point is their premium version, which they highlight every time you open the app, as the first thing you see. It is very unappealing in this respect. I gave it multiple chances to change my mind, but after using it for two weeks, I am in the market to try another fasting app.

The widget is not counting down at all. How can I fix this because I would like to see my countdown which is why I subscribed!!
