Reporting email does not work

No way to purchase the $9.99 option so paid for just ad free. Still interrupted by ads & now despite the subscription payment & being logged in, ArcGIS asks for login. Email to posted contact email gets bounced back. If these things were fixed, app would rock but as is I paid for nothing.

Every time I try to zoom in, as directed, to get details, it says to zoom in until it won’t zoom in anymore. But it continues to say zoom in. Something is very wrong with the app.

Notifications no longer take you to the event description in the app. All notifications only take you to the opening page of event categories, and sign on option. Lowers the value of the app tremendously. I hope they fix it. It was awesome before recent updates
