Some of the digital pathways are available on My Path mobile app. The app makes it extremely simple for you to access your digital pathway and manage either your own health-related matters or another person’s on whose behalf you are acting. You or the other person must have a referral or a treatment relationship with a healthcare unit that provides services for the digital pathway in order to start using the digital pathway.
A simple way to manage your health
The app modernises the experience of using digital pathways. The app is simple and easy to use. You can find information on your health-related matters or another person’s on whose behalf you are acting in the digital pathway in text, images and videos, as well as surveys, exercises and instructions. The information in your digital pathway will only be visible to the healthcare professionals treating you or the other person on whose behalf you are acting.
Electronic communication for non-urgent issues
If messages, surveys or diary are available in the digital pathway, you can request treatment-related information or relay information to the professionals treating you or the other person on whose behalf you are acting. You will receive a reply within 3 working days.
Secure service
You can access the app through strong authentication by using your online banking codes or mobile certificate. After the first authentication, you can access the app by using a PIN code, facial recognition or fingerprint recognition.
You will be able to use the app at a lower threshold, anytime and anywhere. The app makes it easier to monitor your treatment or the treatment of the other person on whose behalf you are acting.
