Remote for Samsung TV is a virtual remote control that lets you control your TV. The application is completely free. To use the remote control for TV, you must have your mobile / iPad is on the same wifi network as your TV and you accept the message that appears on your TV. Because the application runs through the wireless network, it is not necessary to be close to the TV. If by mistake you have refused the confirmation message of your TV ( Message for establishing communication ), it is possible to change your selection by going to : / Menu / Network / All Share Settings In addition to a careful representation of the remote control, you can use all the functionality of the real remote. Despite the Developer slapping a subscription in your face, if you look towards the bottom of the screen you’ll see something along the lines of, “continue with Free limited usage”. Afterwards, tap the Top Left icon showing a tv. Connect you’re TV and thank my later. 🙏🏾

Couldn’t find how to contact developer outside of Facebook messenger. Does the premium subscription allow the app to always stay connected to my TV or do i still need to select the TV every time i open the app to use it?

Advertised as free, but the free version is basically worthless. Ads pop up everywhere (including one offering a subscription to the ad-free version of the app for $6.99 a month), even obscuring important parts of the user interface. Ads are often hard to get rid of without clicking on the app, this opening whatever it is linked to. And the app recognizes my TV but won’t actually control it. I understand freemium apps, but most of them actually offer reasonable functionality and don’t just exist to show ads.

I’m so sick of apps PRETENDING they are free. If you have to SUBSCRIBE an amount of money (which is more than any real remote I’ve ever purchased btw) to make it work… IT’S NOT FREE! just charge people in the App Store to download it like all the other money-hungry scavengers. BE UPFRONT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS..OH and it crashes when I try anything anyway. And it is LOADED with ads.. probably why. FYI: the whole point of ads is YOU profit. Which makes the ap free for us.. greedy idiots made this app.
