My self care buddy

I used to be horrible at taking care of myself or focusing on myself. Slowly, I have become better at it after finding Evolve. Doing a journaling or meditation everyday has forced me to take time for myself and become better at my emotions. Now I am happier, my mental health is better and I am able to actually understand things about me better

Nice!!!

I've never used an app like this that helps me introspect and reflect on my life. The voice is soothing and the journeys have helped me practice self care and put my mental health in a better place. This is the app I am going to suggest to all my friends for their self improvement and personal growth. Very calming and beautiful app, specially the bird sounds .

Unlike other self care apps

This app is so different. The music options are great. I can just listen to the birds or waves and find myself feeling happy again. It's my style of self-care and although I was skeptical about it, it has helped me become less nervous and improve my mental wellness!
