I just downloaded the app, login with my bank account numb and password, but it’s keep give me a note “mobile authorities for this client are not defined “. Is there any way to fix that.With regrads

The worst bank app ever, it makes no sense that you didn’t add a forgot password option, and the worst part I haven’t forgot my password I was writing the real password and it keeps says incorrect until my account got locked, the worst part I called the Support team they said I should visit the bank while I’m more than 50km far away from the bank which I can’t visit, this app should really have Forgot Password option, or at least Support team should help in the calling, without asking to visit the bank. I WILL CHANGE MY BANK NEXT TIME!

Why in gods earth do you have to make an app that hates its user login is so bad terms and conditions doesn’t have a simple one time agreement and thats it just whyAnd then let’s say thank god it let you in transactions are not showing up it takes 2-3 days for a transaction to showAnd oh god when they show up do you guess they’re on the actual date of the transaction no no. Nooo its on the reflection date of that transaction which means i CAN NOT rely of the accounts statement.

Why should i have to agree to terms every time I login? One time is not enough? Why it says user already logged on ? Why you don’t end the session automatically when a new login request made? Some parts in the app says you are not authorized to access then why you don’t hide it? Hey developers do you have any coding background? Because this app is completely boring and difficult to use places fix those issues and make the app normal. Thank you!!!!!!
