Good App but some glitches

Everything works fairly well. A couple of problems and suggestions. 1. When inputting the amount claimed, the app does not accept anything to the right of the decimal point (i.e. cents). The app’s number generator uses a comma , and not a decimal point . This needs to be rectified. 2. The ipad version should be opened in plan view and not only in vertical view.Thank you for your consideration

Hi - Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the issue with the decimal point and it has been resolved in the the latest version of the app. Please make sure you down the new version launched a few day ago and let us know if you have any feedback.

Amazing app with constant updates to make it even better.Interface is great, easy to maneuver around it, easy to take the action you want to and it has everything you need from claims to personal info to the annual plan info to multiple sub accounts access (family). Great great.

Very helpful app. Can get to all the required information quickly.Some problems I picked up: you have to sign in to the app every time you open it; the auto filling doesn’t work; you can’t save the “pay to account” info; sometimes the app malfunctions and you can’t submit forms, which take a while to fill again and again.
