I miss the days of when the Alumni CreditCard was managed by Barclays and there was proper software application design for the credit card website & iOS applications.This iOS HUECU credit card app is a mediocre and incomplete from a data design and user interaction perspective; notification options do not work, setup required creation of yet another account name & password, selection of the card for additional features is non obvious, fonts & icons along the bottom are too small, font in transaction specifics are too small, the list goes on.Since the acquisition of the Alumni card by HUECU over 5 years ago the design of the multiple websites & app work flows with the credit card AND bank accounts are obviously ‘tacked on’ 3rd party integration efforts with HUECU seeing bug after bug to try and equate with apps from other financial institutions and cards such as BOA and American Express. I guess the redeeming fact is that HUECU is trying to get better. Overall, I am thankful for being a member of the HUECU as they offer amazing personal service and I hope that they continue to improve their banking software services. Maybe they will eventually be able to merge this app’s functionality with the other HUECU app for account management, reduce the logins, and conclude not everyone can read 6 point or 9 point fonts.For now, you may wish to skip this app and simply use the standard HUECU app for account access.

Truly a nightmare of an app. Slow, impossible to navigate, and doesn’t add any value to the user. 99% of the things this app does go faster and better if you call (ex. You can only enter a month’s worth of travel and have to call if you’re gone longer. You also can’t do anything with fraud detection or declined charges on the app; still have to call). Why did you even make this app? It truly serves no apparent purpose. And why should I need TWO DIFFERENT HUECU apps on my phone in the first place???

Cannot believe that I will one day leave a review at Apple Store. Anyway, this app is truly the worst app ever. I can log in the HUECU using web browser but cannot use the same credential to log in this app! Regardless what this app functions or how well it functions after you log in, it fails completely since users cannot log in! Is this some kind of sick joke?

Simple app w/ some usability issues

The app provides simple info. People say they cannot login with their credentials because app requires a separate registration, which is hard to understand. So now I have two usernames and passwords, challenge questions etc. It just makes things harder. The other app of HUECU is better IMO.
