Binaural Beats are when two different tones usually less than a 40 Hz difference difference between them are played, one in each ear, at the same time. An auditory illusion is created and the individual hears a third tone in their mind, with that third tone being the "binaural beat".
You need stereo headphones for this to work.
This app uses the HealthKit to record sessions as mindful minutes. This is not a requirement and is completely at users discretion.
