Minor Improvements

So I haven’t had the app for very long, but already it is one of the most well thought out planner apps I’ve ever seen. Everything you can think of to include they’ve already thought about and done so. The only things I wish were different are to maybe include some sort of video tutorial on how to use the app because it is not 100% clear how to use it. I also wish there was a way to make tasks roll over to the next day if not completed the day prior; and a way to not date notes so that they always appear on your main screen. My notes are often me jotting down ideas to complete throughout the week so it is annoying that it goes away. It is also buggy if you try to change the date. I changed the date on my shopping list (thank goodness it was just the shopping list) and it deleted everything on the list. You can find those things again in the “trash” section, but it was annoying and I can’t understand why it was deleted at all. Also when I tried to do this it duplicated on its own so I believe that is just a bug. Also being able to click on specific days in the calendar would be helpful.

Other than these things, which I’m sure they’ll fix soon I love it. I especially love the focus timer and how organized I can be. I don’t often take the time to journal so I appreciate the built in prompts to self reflect. Keep improving this app because you’ve got an incredible thing going. Can’t wait to use this to keep me organized in my business.

Everything I wanted

This app truly sets itself apart from other apps. An all-in-one app that has everything that I was looking for. I'm definitely getting hooked on tracking my habits, planning my tasks, events and projects and even starting to journal. I struggle a lot with organization and planning. It's a little tricky at first to figure out how to use. I think it's also a bit glitchy unfortunately but otherwise this app is perfect. The main glitches I've come across is having to repeatedly change the time of an event because it wasn't saved, and then it'll duplicate or get switched around to a different day or even disappear. Pretty disappointing but I'm hoping they'll continue to improve this wonderful app. I'm also hoping that there's a better way to integrate the habits with the overall calendar/planner function, it might get overwhelming but even little colored dots that indicate I did my habits, especially when you switch from the day view to weekly view in the main screen it's a little disappointing that the habit section is only accessible from the day view. You can view how many times you did each habit within the week when you click on the habits section but I feel like the whole integration of each feature is a bit lacking. Or maybe I'm missing something because I'm pretty new to the app. I'm definitely looking forward to learning how to use it more and getting the most out of it, they do seem to offer a lot of support which is good.

We understand the desire for a more integrated habit tracking experience within the overall calendar/planner view. We designed the current habit tracker with the intention of providing a focused space to manage and track your habits. However, we're always open to refining our features based on user feedback. Your suggestion about color-coded indicators in the calendar to signal habit completions is an excellent one. We're going to discuss this and other potential improvements to the habit tracking feature to make it more integrated with the overall experience.

We also acknowledge that starting with a new app can be a bit overwhelming. To help with this, we're in the process of creating more comprehensive guides and tutorials to make navigation easier for our users.

There’s just ONE thing?

Well, this app seems pretty awesome for an all-in-one, one-stop-shop app. I love that it integrates with a calendar, I love the guided meditations, mood journal, weight/health tracker. I mean, it has everything anyone who is trying to organize their life and be more present and mindful could want.
But. I came here for the tasks feature. I used it the first day and absolutely loved it. But I HATE that every task has to have a specific date or time to do it and you have to manually change it if you don’t want it to have a date. Move it to a different project/list, you have to take the date off again. Individually. Manually. I don’t see a way to bulk edit or just create a list of tasks you can check on and off if you want to use the same list every day or start over in the morning.
What I’d like to do is set up a list of daily tasks, weekly tasks, and monthly tasks to check off and then uncheck/re-start at the appropriate time. I just want to remind myself of each item I need to accomplish on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Then start over. This app seems to assume that once I finish a task I won’t ever need to do it again. I don’t want to have to edit/rebuild all my tasks at the end of every day. I don’t see any easy way to do what I want. Sigh.
Otherwise, amazing app! I just can’t seem to conveniently, quickly, simply do the main thing I wanted to use it for.
