Dory now finds your most effective plays and gives you the opportunity to add them to your daily routine in the app. When you pin a play, Dory automatically makes it part of your routine every day for thirty days, saving you valuable time and helping you remember the plays that matter most.

Use the Find a Play button to search for plays you want to do and see how many points you’ll earn before you choose them.

The Routine screen is now called Playbook and you see your entire playbook for mental wellness based on everything the app has learned. Activities are organized by the emotional factors they support and any activities you've paused or removed.
