Not at all reliable
So far I have managed to charge my car 1 out of 3 attempts. The last attempt has my charge started notification, but when I got back to my vehicle is said it could not charge. There is nothing in the app saying why it didn’t charge. I also dislike loading my account to charge my car. What happens if my funds run out? Does my car just stop charging? ChargePoint is a much better app, and has been out for years.
Worked great for me the first time
This app and the chargers were flawless at the Harmony location in Florida. All four connectors are new, and the app allowed me to enter my credit card information with no hassles. This was shockingly easy to use and I was up and running in just a few minutes to charge my Tesla.
Garbage
It’s as if they sat down and decided to create an app that would make it as difficult as possible to charge your car. Completely not user friendly- virtually impossible to navigate to the screen which causes the charging to start. Requires you to “fill” your account with money before you can charge, tells you that your account doesn’t have enough funds but doesn’t tell you what that amount is- borderline crooked!
