It was a good app until I couldn’t access my app anymore because of the app update — it requires the latest iOS 18 version. The App Store popped up a notification saying I can download an older version. I did so, but when the avi app opens, another notification pops up saying that an update for the Avi app is required. This became a cycle and I’m not able to access my information on the app. I retrieved email notifications about new messages in Avi app, but I can’t access them! Very frustrating

The app looks cool, but the doctors are a joke. The doctor was suddenly unavailable and cancelled the appointment last minute. The message was sent in German even though the app claims they speak English. They didn’t even try to reschedule.

It’s a decent app, certainly having an App available to book appointments is appreciated. Unfortunately the App keeps logging me out, it would be nice to fix that.

I registered and completed all the steps, and when I put my local German mobile number, it either pops up an error window or takes me to the next page where I need to put a code that I never receive, even when pushing on resend the code button. How to proceed further? As it’s impossible to use the app without this step completed!
