Apple updates for what? The App and admins have lost my login information twice (and access IDs) I have had to re-register 2x in 6 mo. It is difficult to login, uncooperative and unable to accurately keep up with savings and steps because of frequent changes and inaccuracies. Great idea, but delivery needs a lot of work. Not efficient or user friendly at this point.

I’m not one to write harsh reviews (as most people say but I seriously never take the time), but this app has not worked for me since the day it was introduced! Every time I open the app it just continually loads and I’m never able to login. I have waited for long periods of time and it never loaded. I have downloaded and redownloaded it countless time. I thought it might be the WiFi so I have tried it on different WiFis and using just cellular data, nothing. The step tracker app works just fine for me. I don’t know why this app doesn’t work for me. Too be fair, I have never contacted their customer service. Instead, I just get frustrated and use the website.

They’ll accept the transfer of funds and then good luck trying to see the money in your account or get someone from customer service to help you. They’ll email you once and then never respond. But they will send you plenty of spam. Amazing that they haven’t been shut down by regulators yet.

I was able to login to the new app once or twice but not I just get a spinning wait icon. I even reinstalled the app but it didn't help.
