Idea is there but soooo frustrating

Great idea and the model working with trainers is great. But the app itself is soo painful. Suggest the developers use it daily themselves to see how painful it is.Crashes 3-4 times per use! Not per week or per month. Every time I try to use it.Simple checklist functionality doesn’t work as it should. You click complete and when you return to the list, that completed item doesn’t go away. Occasionally it does go away but you have no idea why it worked and it certainly doesn’t happen twice in a row.The idea is there, but it’s crazy buggy.

You have to login every time you want to use this app. Then it just takes you in circles over and over again telling you to login again even though you just inputted your correct credentials. When I contacted Support they told me to delete the app and clear out cache on my computer. Neither option worked. I am continually going in circles needing to reenter my password and never getting anywhere. This is frustrating because I can no longer afford physical therapy I still have the injury and no support to get better.

Email Invalid / Constant Crashing

I tried contacting Keet at the contact email in the app, the email bounced back saying it was invalid email. It was to contact about the buggy performance and the constant crashing of the app upon marking a exercise complete (every time). I guess the company providing the service only wants to take money from the companies and practitioners and not provide quality service and support. Fix your app and actually accept constructive criticism, or stay crappy and lose your income.

I can’t login since you’re update. I’ve tried to log in over and over again and it doesn’t let me into the app so I can’t do my therapy workouts! I’ve tried to email you, but there is no email address that I can find. I’ve shut it down and restarted it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing is helping! You need to fix this app, please!!
