Hello, Otp (one time password) and 3D Secure problems are related to either payment method (VISA/Master Card), card registration or mobile number registration. You need to choose VISA payment method through related platform, add your cards to your AppStore payment feature and register your card to "BKM Express" through FUPS mobile's "Card Options" menu to avoid any possible issue. Why foreigner can’t do the biometric why you are not allowing us you should fix your app not just for Turkish people as well as for foreigners

Hi, the problem for being premium for foreign people is not biometric. For being premium costumers have to have a new Turkish id card. The system have to approve the knowledge of customer with the chip on the id card. So for now foreign people and Turkish people who don't have new id card can't be premium. i bought a card and scanned it into the app along with my information. my friend transferred me money and everything was fine. 1 hour later i am not able to log in and the account does not work. i try to email support and it says invalid email. they will steal your money, don’t use
