This app is so amazingly helpful, especially considering how unique and simple it is. I think this is the best Animal Crossing: New Horizons guide app that I’ve come across. I’ve even got the no Ads! But there’s only one problem.... the app hints that new things are coming to the app that sounds like it would make the app even more fun! But unfortunately we haven’t had an update in 2 months and I do know of other ACNH companion apps that have what’s supposedly being added. This makes me a little sad.... I love this app so much but i kind of feel like we’re not gonna get an update. Imma keep using the app in hope of an update cause the app has pretty much everything but some additions would be nice.

I think this is a fantastic app for ACNH lovers. The interface is nice and smooth, it looks super cute. It looks like what your character would actually look at. My problem is that it doesn’t have the same features as other popular companion apps for ACNH. If it gave me a passport option, let me put in my island name, and changed my time like in other apps, this one would be my ONLY app that i’d use because I think it’s interface is better and cleaner. I will be watching for the Turnip update as well as the other updates for this app. I will change to 5 stars at that point.

I’ve tried almost every app for ACNH, and this one seems to do it for most helpful and useful. I’ve gotten a lot of creatures added to my pedia and I discovered that you could go swimming with a wet suit in order to find even more creatures, and I didn’t even know that was a thing! One thing that’s annoying though is the ads. Every time I tap on information for the item I pick there’s an ad. Other than that this app is amazing and I definitely recommend.

I would rate this higher as the concept is user-friendly when it comes to how the app copies the look of the NookPhone in the game, but the app seems to be glitching lately and there are no photos of what I’m trying to select. For example, I went to look at the photos you receive from residents when you receive a high friendship rating and it’s just the background acorn image. This is the same everywhere I go on the app, with some images loading, but not all. It’s making it terribly difficult to keep track of my items via this app.

Back button, everywhere – A proper back button is now on all the right screens, so you can always find your way home. Just like following the path back to Resident Services.
Polished details
Item details, redesigned – Item pages got a makeover: clearer layout, item variants, and ownership badges for each of those variants so you can see at a glance what you’ve got. Blathers-level organisation! (without the long speeches).
Home screen updates – New slides and links for Happy Home Paradise and resort life, so your NookPhone home screen feels a bit more you.
Under the hood
Many a bugs have been caught, fixed and donated to the museum! Blathers will be VERY excited!
