Good game, but there’s a problem

So far I like this game, it’s good and I like that it’s free to play. But there seems to be an isssue with the options to buy hints or skips and to get free hints. I just tried to get a free hint but all of the options are blank and nothing happens when you press them. You can’t see the prices or touch to get a free hint by watching a video. Please fix these.

So far I like this game, it’s good and I like that it’s free to play. But there seems to be an isssue with the options to buy hints or skips and to get free hints. You give one free skip, set all the puzzles automatically on hard mode and release the game where the puzzles glitch. And you’re forced to use the one free skip without any ability to earn more free by watching adds. This is by definition NOT a Free to Play game then, is it? It’s false advertising and bad business practice. Please fix this. Also, the puzzle where you have to click and drag on the footprints to move them around the cave and pick up items to help you proceed? There’s a major glitch where you can’t really move the footprints where you want them to go and you definitely can’t pick up the items you need to proceed. So, I’m officially stuck in the game and can’t go any further.

This started out to be a challenging and interesting game, but soon turned into a frustration. There are glitches in almost every game so you can’t accomplish the objective. For example: the puzzle piece games—even though you know where the puzzle piece goes, and you follow the directions for placing it in the correct spot, it won’t lock. If you try too many times, the puzzle piece disappears. In another game, I would get close to the objective and it would reset and I’d have to start all over. It took me three or four times as long to do each puzzle as it should have because of these glitches.I do these things to relax! Not to give myself an aneurysm! This is supposed to be fun!

I like this game. The puzzles have variety, and the story holds my interest. The jigsaw puzzles are unnecessarily frustrating, though. The pieces won’t lock into place even if you put them in the right place on the board. And you can’t move them out of the way to set a piece in place, because they keep snapping back to their default location, blocking the board. I hope your developers can fix that at some time.
