The game said sale for 3.99 $ So I purchased it and was charged 7.40 & for it . Not cool at all. I want a refund. Plus the game crashes. Customers do no waste your money big rip off and game crashes not worth it at all. I want a refund or because I was charged 7.40 $ for this game instead of 3.99 . J.F 2024

This is a lovely game or at least it could be, if it functioned properly. I cannot make it into the first temple without the game crashing. I have tried reloading game on my iPad Pro, reinstalling the game on my iPhone to no avail. Game will not proceed later the very first scene. I have tried support to no avail. I’m told to attach a screenshot, which is impossible since the game crashes after I click on temple door. Support is completely useless and honestly just plain unhelpful. I see no effort being made by support to fix this issue. None. Do NOT even suggest I contact support! Do your jobs and fix the darn game!
