Best Way of Life Eating Plan Ever!!!

Although I have just started the Fittur plan I KNOW this will work for me, as someone who has struggled with my weight all my life and has gained and lost 100’s of pounds..by a variety of means including; Jenny Craig, Dr.’s Quick Weight Loss, Weight Watchers, (many many years ago) Medi-fast (a 6 month fast that I adhered to RELIGIOUSLY) and 2...!!!...weight loss surgeries....with that “resume’”I feel I’m pretty qualified to to speak on different types of weight loss plans...This new Fittur program with all the ZERO point options including most protein, and fruits is INCREDIBLE of course we have to use common sense..and know that, that does not mean we can have 15 bananas and a dozen eggs in one day...but the options have allowed me to experience NO feelings of deprivation AT ALL...I think that alone will be MY key to SUCESS❤️

I love the Fittur app! It keeps me in check, logging everything that I eat, even when I go overboard and eat more of something that I know I shouldn’t. I constantly look at the components of the app which help me staying motivated. I truly believe Fittur is the only program that consistently works, eating regular food in moderation and not depriving myself of anything!it is a way of life.When on vacation recently, I found it difficult staying on track. I went to the app and received support in real time that motivated me to do better. Even though I gained that week, I feel without the support of those messages to me, it may have been more! Back on track this past week loosing 5.2 lbs! The Fittur app is a godsend! Walt Fieger

Beats writing everything down by hand! I love the convenience. It makes it so much easier to track. Suggestions... I often eat at restaurants and only eat 1/2 a serving, saving the other half for the next day. I can’t always change the serving size, if I use the restaurant item choices in the app, so I half to do a laborious work around. I also wish there was a “comment/notes” section to be able to notate if I am at an event, or restaurant, or on vacation, or emotional, or happy. To track what food decisions I am making accordingly. The app has greatly improved, as well as the program, in the last several years.

Definitely makes food tracking easier during my pregnancy and motivates me to hit appropriate eating goals. There could be some improvements with the adjustment of serving sizes though because when I create a recipe and try to change the amount of servings I ate it miscalculates the calories as if I am eating all of the servings, for example if I have a recipe of 4 servings at 95 calories/serving, and I change the amount of servings eaten for a meal, it will change the calories to reflect all 4 servings at once, even when I change serving size back to 1 it will change the calories/serving from 95 to 378. This is a nuisance as I have to add the recipe to a meal multiple times in order to reflect multiple single servings with appropriate calorie count.
