CareSynchrony® Sentinel is a companion app for the
Sentinel Access Management solution for Nursing Homes, Assisted Living and Senior Living Communities.
Sentinel enables frequent visitors, such as providers and family members, to digitally sign in prior to entering the community and helps streamline the sign in process. Use of the app requires that the visitor be pre-registered with the community’s Sentinel visitor management system.
Additionally home health and other provider can add a brief note about their visitor with a resident, allowing for real-time care coordination with community care teams.
