This APP is unreliable at the time it’s most needed. I use the paid family service to stay informed about my family’s general location. With kids at school and in college, this would, if it worked, be an excellent way to stay informed. Unfortunately, more often than not, I find that the location reported is incorrect. I always look for updates in hopes that the developers will make improvements from time to time, but no improvements are forthcoming. I won’t be renewing my subscription once it’s done.

I’m not going to dis to much but it will tell me where my family was a few minutes ago and if they don’t have internet than I can’t always see where they are but it is better then find my and other apps I have used in the past for my family and dose a good gob showing the right location the Same spot were they are other apps will show the wrong location or say the it is just in a house but if I lose my phone with this app it will show around the right location in the house it is so I don’t have to look for a long time this is a good overall app and I will probably use it in the future I only have it a one star so u would read my review and fix some things that would bring the app over the top and make a lot more people like it thanks for keeping the app free and doing a good job with it but also don’t make the app sound creepy when it asks for you to show your location with you because that it kinda weird. ( ALSO LET US PLAY GAMES ON THIS APP PLEASE😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀🫶!

Hate this app with passion!! Does NOT keep Real Time! This app is absolutely horrible, I mean horrible!!!!!! DO NOT waste your time and money on this app. Like I’ve said it doesn’t keep real time on anyone’s location! When we check the locations on our children when they SHOULD BE AT SCHOOL, the app shows where they were the night before. Shows last night’s activity for HOURS on end! Doesn’t reset to the new location. Ridiculous! It said my son was at the YMCA, in which he was the night before. Said my daughter was at gymnastics, in which she was the night before. My oldest at his father’s, in which he was the night before. My husband still at work at 9pm when he got off work at 2pm. The best park, showed my MIL was in the ICE COLD FROZEN OVER RIVER down town, seriously?! I can’t stand this app at all! I’m so glad I’ve cancelled it!!!!! Fix it! Do NOT install you will not like it. Waste of MONEY!!!!!!’n

waste of $$ on this app
It never had our location accurate. I had to resort to using find my iPhone app to see where my teenage daughter was at. And I only paid for this family 360 plan to see how fast her speeds were when driving since she is a new driver. I didn’t really need it for location as iPhone allows u to see where ur family members are at at all times. This app was a waste of money. Was not user friendly either. I looked up the same problems others were having and there wasn’t much of a solution. Also some of the features worked fine at first and then later they stopped working. Like whenever someone would go out of our home circle it would alert me at first and then it stopped doing it on its own even though we never changed anything. Weird.
