Patrols can be downloaded to increase the performance of the application. When clicking on a Patrol, the details are immediately downloaded from the server. This allows you to have the most up-to-date patrol details and allows you to log into the application faster. Patrols will be downloaded in real-time and you can pre-download patrols by pressing and holding down on the Patrol in the patrol list and then pressing the download button that appears.

Added the "Log a New Patrol" feature that allows a user to start a Patrol on the fly without it needing to be scheduled. This feature allows a user to log the scanned trail of CheckPoints rather than being given an up-front list of CheckPoints that have to be scanned.
