So I came on here and gave a great review and was told if I did that in 5 days I would get a free scale just like the one I had purchased. I sent them the picture of the review. They say they can’t find it. I did another under another email. No answer. So if you get a scale and this app states this in the packaging, they will not answer you and will not live up to there word. The app isn’t bad. But that’s just bad business. It was very disappointing that they can’t live up to they’re promises.

Few things that need some work

The app is alright, but there are a couple things that really bother me about the app. 1. There are multiple spelling errors throughout the app. 2. I tried connecting the scale to WiFi and Bluetooth but ran into an error. The error message I believe was not for the user to see because it was in Chinese. Looked to me like it was a developer prompt. This has happened a couple times and I never know how to exit because I can’t read Chinese. 3. The weight curve graph makes no sense to me because you’re unable to zoom into it. The graph will always display values up to 500lbs even though I’m 170lbs. This makes the graph really tiny and it’s really difficult to see any progress made from day to day. The same is true for all other measurements like BMI, body fat, etc. Other than that I think the app is solid. I’d like a bit more details into how the app measures all the different measurements like protein, body age, etc. Then the app would be 5 stars

There are measurements in my history that i didnt make and they are pretty close on most values, but one or two will be way off from my trend. I dont know how this app is coming up with these values. Or why. But it is making it difficult to identify trends.For instance, my weight doesnt fluctuate more than a couple pounds and has been in a steady decline, but i notice in my history there are many measurements that are seven pounds higher than my trend. However some of the fake measurements are pretty close to my trend weight, but several other values will be way outside my trend. And keeping track of all of them is getting to be a real P in the A. There is no way to delete any of these Rogue Bogus measurements. And there is no app support. The in-app app support bombs the app. And the app support link here is in Chinese.

The app is supposed to give way more information that you want to know (lol)! It has lots of information for different measurements… if you get them to display properly in the app in your phone. It worked ok at the beginning, now it only displays bmi and weight. They need to invest in native English translations. It has subpar usage is words and grammar. The scale measured correctly.
