This is my favorite place in Dayton. The staff is so friendly and they go out of their way to make me feel welcome every time I come in. My son is Autistic and there are only a few foods that he will eat and he loves their chicken a lot. I like the fact when they see me they already know what I am getting and we always have a chat on how things are going. You don’t find that at many places. I am there at least twice a week and I just want to say that I have fell in love with that place and the staff. The manager and her staff really make a difference and you should give them a raise cause they earn it every day.

It took so long to order that the driver of the car was in made it to the location before I could type in my credit card number. The app logs you out the moment you sign in. It won’t let you paste credit card numbers into the app. You can’t customize the amount of anything. If you want light rice, you should’ve ordered from Chipotle. You select your location, and then it immediately asks “Which location are you heading to?” and asks for your location permissions again. I am never ordering on the app again. I am sitting in the lot writing this review because I wasn’t able to order in advance! I plan to delete my account after writing this review.Hire some entry level developers, maybe they could fix your asinine, hardly functioning app! Whoever made this initially needs to try using the app!

The vegetables are never ready when we go there to eat and they only fill the proportions half way. So I got 3 vegetables. And 8 beans 6 pineapples pieces. Just terrible. Small portions. The last few times I’ve been to your store. I’m actually gonna quit going and I stop 1-2 times a week. Just horrible. As I sat in the restaurant I heard several other customers ask for more portions of food since the workers put such small ones on there and then they try and charge you for double prices. Just ridiculous. Get it right. Fix it.

I’m a loyal customer. Love eating here at least once a week. Better than giving my phone number every time before cashing out and upsetting myself for forgetting to give my phone number. Now I can just scan my receipt. I didn’t know my card number so I skipped and instead logged in thru Facebook and my points migrated over. Very happy about that. This systems is much better than the previous. I can choose where to apply my points now. 👏
