I am a guest currently staying in the presidential suite in Eilat. I write this in hopes that management will see the failure in their company’s app. The app doesn’t work at all. For a brief moment, it worked, and I thought to myself that I could briefly travel around without a key. The opposite was true. Not only does the key on the phone not work, but it bricks your phone. It's a horrible app. It's definitely not even close to the level of Hilton.

I used this app at a hotel I stayed at and it worked perfectly the whole time. Didn’t have any issues opening the door and it was super convenient to have my key so handy in my phone! I had access to my room and the rooftop lounge and was able to share the guest app with my family members so they could get access too. Would definitely recommend!

The app has a glitch every time it opens where it asks you to go back to a previous page and doesn’t link correctly, so you are stuck on the page you are supposed to be going back from. There is no way for the user to fix this error and it happens every single time you open the app. No one tested this before publishing.

I never write app reviews but this one is terrible! We were told to use the app to access our room. Thank goodness the front desk was staffed and gave us key cards. This is beta software at best. Please make the app work if you want guests to be able to use it(!)
