This app worked twice and connected to the lights great. Now just like everyone else it can’t find the lights. Resetting Bluetooth on the lights does not help the problem. I know it’s the app bc the lights connect to the remote just fine. It’s a shame because when the app worked it was so much better and faster than using a remote. Really bummed this doesn’t work anymore.

I want to give Godox credit that this app works without any kind of mandatory sign-up for some online account. The setup process is quick and easy, and thereafter, the app, generally, just works. That shouldn’t be rare, but it’s becoming distressingly so. It’s simple. It doesn’t try to be something else. It doesn’t get in my way. It doesn’t, if I recall correctly, pester me to review it. More apps should work this way.Yes, it’ll disconnect if I turn away from it for a while, forcing me to leave the mode and re-enter it. It’s an inconvenience, but for my needs at least, a minor one.

I’m relatively new to the app but pretty impressed so far. I came from the Astera app and must say that though this has less features and customizability it’s much easier to use. One big thing that is missing is the battery percentage of the lights and the time remaining until the lights power off. If that alone was added it would be enough to make the app really good.It would be great to have the ability to change the brightness of each light with a slider on the fixture page without clicking into the control page for each light. There are many times where I need to make quick brightness changes between individual lights and clicking into the control page for each light is cumbersome and time consuming. The Astera App did this well with have a brightness page for the brightness levels of app the connected lights.Once I use the app more l’ll have more specific feedback but so far I think it’s a good app that could be great with some more indicators and customization.

I was suprised to see the app get a facelift recently. The previous interface wasn't pretty, but it worked. The new app looks better, but really doesn't add enough new functionality to make an impression.HOWEVER, I find that the new app fails to connect to my devices after being turned off for a while, for example between shoots. This means I have to delete all light sources and reset them and re-import one by one. It's a huge pain since I have to large panels, two TL60s and two TL30s.With the old app, I only ever had to set my studio up once, and it always found the lights again, even if I didn't shoot for several days.With the new app, I often have to take 15 - 20 minutes to reset everything, which is horrible if there's a model or client sitting there waiting. It makes me look very unprofessional.PLEASE FIX IT!Another bug -- the create account/login/etc. has never worked. No matter what you enter the login / reset password / signup buttons are just greyed out.
