What’s New

Version 3.1

The latest exciting update includes a huge list of improvements and new features. Massive thanks to the Discord members and feedback from users for helping make these awesome changes!

If you love the update, let me know by leaving a 5-star rating and review!

What’s new:

- Added Future, Penny, Gladiator, PreDH, Premodern, and Duel format support. Update your collection in settings for categories to recognize the new formats.
- Made the stats summary section more compact.
- Improved the Opening Hand tool. Now you can choose any card in the sample hand and see the likelihood of starting with one or more copies in your hand (the cumulative hypergeometric distribution). You’ll also see the total average land in your opening hand if it's land.
- Added a new chart for decks called Card Values. It displays the main deck's cards sorted by price. It's a unique way to gauge the value of the deck. Tap, drag, or hover to see card names and price values.
- Refinements to the "add to deck" menu will now hide sections based on the chosen format. For example, it won't suggest "sideboard" or "set as commander" for formats that don't support them.
- Similarly, adding to a deck will detect the maximum for a playset. For example, the menu won't offer to add 4x copies for a commander deck.
- The deck warning system now warns when a card's color identity isn't legal with a commander's color identity.
- Added Companion legalities logic to the deck warning system.
- DynamicType Support for widgets and the scanner. I'm always working hard to make the app more accessible and accommodating!
- The menu item to move a card within a deck has been moved up one level in the card context menu.
- Added a link in a deck’s settings page to send the deck to Decklist.org for registration.
- Added a long-press the plus icon in the deck list to add a new deck of a specific format.
- Fixed an issue where the word Companion would cause an error when importing a deck.
- Added back the ability to copy images. Long press the card artwork when viewing a card.
- Added the ability to copy a card’s links.
- Added the ability to specify the exact print using the Arena format when using the “Get Card Image” or “Open in Lion’s Eye” shortcut actions.
- Fixed a few small bugs.
- Fixed a few minor text issues.

Update to my last review

All the problems seem to be fixed, great app.

Developer Response ,

Hi Kyleonius, thank you for the updated review! It’s very much appreciated and really helps the app.

Great app for card collections and value trackers

Saw a recommendation on Reddit, the old app I used was having issues being consistent with updates.

This seems to be pretty on top of things and so far is great!

Just marking a 4 out of 5 as it would be nice to just have a full permanent upgrade purchase rather than a subscription. I would use this for years so something like $15 now would be a good deal to me, but forgetting about a yearly subscription would be upsetting.

Developer Response ,

Hi 25521177! Thanks for the kind review. I’ve been considering a “Lifetime Unlock”, and appreciate the feedback.

Good but slow

I love LOVE being able to have a record of my cards on here the frustrating part is how slow it is to add your collection via the scan function. Unless you pay for the subscription you have to go through several extra steps which is stupid. But otherwise so far I like the app.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the feedback about the speed of the scanner. I’ll investigate as soon as possible! As far as adding cards without a subscription, while it’s not as efficient, I think it’s the right balance. The app being completely free to build a collection is the most accessible while still paying for the design and development of new features and support. Thanks for the compliments and feedback!
