Oracle Health Community Care for iPhone® and iPad® supports fast, easy, and smart workflows for care in the home. Oracle Health Community Care allows a clinician to take patient data offline, and perform comprehensive chart review and documentation tasks without an internet connection. With Oracle Health Community Care, clinicians can perform the following tasks:
• View clinician schedules and patient lists
• Download offline versions of patient charts for on-the-go access
• Make changes to the patient chart offline, and reconcile differences with online data
• Review patient demographic information
• Review, create, and sign patient documentation
• Review patient allergies, lab results, and histories
• Review and chart patient vital signs
• Review and add patient problems, images, and orders
Oracle Health Community Care also provides secure access for providers needing access to the EHR outside of the facility's walls.
IMPORTANT: Oracle Health Community Care requires your organization to have a valid license and be on release 2018.04.02 (or later), or have EP 229478 installed. If you are unsure about the availability of Oracle Health Community Care at your organization, please contact your IT department or your Oracle Health representative.
