I thought this was just gonna be another game I download then delete after 5 minutes but I was really wrong. Idk why but this is like really addictive and I really like this game a lot. Please update more! I’m gonna be finished with most of the things you can do soon which disappoints me because I really like playing! So please update and work on this game more! 10/10 from me which is hard to get so good job! the little lore behind some of the characters inspired me for my own characters so thank you for that! But I have a little recommendation, don’t make everything based around the diamonds. The diamonds being used for items for the guests at the hotel I get but maybe add more usage for coins like coins can buy furniture or “pay” employees instead of watching adds for diamonds to get employees or watching adds for employees completely. Also please add a feature so we can disable employees, I sometimes need to get certain guests out because I want to keep progressing with other guests but the employees keep dealing with them and they keep staying. About the cases/files, love them! Please add more, really fun 👍 Overall review is a 5/5 but definitely needs certain features tweaked (things with diamonds), more features (disable employees, more files and cases, etc), and maybe even more lore? I don’t normally write reviews, but this game is seriously underrated. I’ve never heard of it before but I wanted a fun game on my phone to pass the time and I love a good mystery plot and renovation game so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. They have 11 levels out so far now and are promising another in the future which I am excited for. You can solve different cases from theft to murders and some of them are pretty difficult to figure out, but luckily you have the option to watch an ad instead of using your diamonds or money for clues, it’s bearable though because there’s no other ads within the game which has also been very nice. You also get “notes” from people who stay in your hotels and their stories are so interesting to collect and read, I got so invested in my two favorite characters story (they interact with each others stories), Ross and Jake are strangers at the beginning of the game but a series of letters reveals a meeting and love story that was dramatic but sweet and the murders are all unnecessary and funny but they follow a main theme of being connected to one organization that you get to learn more about in the mystery solving part of the game also the art for the game is so simple but cute and it’s makes it that much more enjoyable. 10/10

I’ve never written a review before so that shows how much I liked this game. It was a very smoothly operating game. A lot of games like this tend to be choppy but this is one of the first game in awhile that I enjoyed playing. However, once I reached level 83, there were no more cases. I’ve read the reviews and I see a lot of people have the same problem where it promised more levels every month and we still haven’t gotten new levels. I’ve seen the developers response to these reviews and they’re very vague and don’t give a timeline. So Mr/Ms Developer, if you’re see this, can you give me an eta on when I can be expecting those new levels? And if they aren’t coming every month then you really shouldn’t state that it is cause that’s false advertisement. Also I saw a review saying that the levels got a lot harder as they went on and it stopped being fun. I understand that they should get increasingly more challenging, but some of the higher level challenges were difficult because the solution didn’t make sense. It was like putting 2+2 together and getting 67. I liked the game because it was a brain exercise but towards the end it felt like the hints were just randomly placed and I had to start using more hints to make them make sense. Overall I do love this game a lot, and I would love to continue playing it.

I play this game a lot, like everyday, and I LOVE it. But ever since I completed all the levels and cases I’m stuck with just the hotel portion, and yes I do like the hotel portion but whenever I get bored of the hotel I have nothing to cure that boredom for I have nothing else on the game to do. I would love to see more levels and cases because I would hate to stop playing the game, and in my opinion the cases were my favorite part of the game. But as soon as I finish the hotel portion of the game and this is no update I will no longer play the game, and my brain will tell myself that I need to delete it because it is taking up storage, and it is no longer necessary to have because I do not play it. I love this game and would hate to see it go, once I finished all the levels it told me “please look forward to it” and just referred me to different games. This game is awesome but it’s boring just to play the hotel. You guys are awesome for this game keep doing what you do, I hope to see an update soon.
