Have loved eating at the Doraku’s and excited to be a member of the entire group!!! Extra stoked for when the new bar opens 🤩

It was nice to see what specials the restaurants near me had and accumulate points, but otherwise I’m not sure what this app is supposed to do. I thought it’d be a fast way to make a reservation (it is one of the main tabs at the bottom…), but the “prove you are human” feature, in which you simply tap the checkbox, NEVER worked for me until I clicked through to help and it would, but I was never able to reserve through the app. Super weird problem. There’s also no auto fill for personal info on this app, nor automatic form completes, which is also weird considering the rewards membership already has my name/number/email. Just not worth the space on your phone. The deals aren’t that great for this day and age of rewards programs. Still enjoy the restaurants though!

I just started using the app and 1) it doesn't update my points! I have ordered multiple times and I only got points for one order, 2) it doesn't let me redeem the gifts, keeps saying I don't meet the "conditions" when the conditions were just to sign up???

Tried reporting and doesn’t give me the option. But the app bugs out and keeps telling me that it cannot open app. I deleted it and tried reinstalling and nothing
