TouchNet Mobile is your single point of access to campus life, combining student ID functionality with electronic payment processing and access control to enhance the whole student experience. TouchNet Mobile is a unique, mobile-based technology from TouchNet that enables campus administrators to offer students a single point of access to campus life. It serves as a secure payment system for campus services, goods and activities, as a virtual ID card, and gives students access to events, buildings, libraries, and other campus facilities using pin codes, passwords and geo-fencing. Students can also manage their OneCard account with features such as deactivating their card, checking their balance, report on transaction history and more. With configurable icons, campus information such as athletic events, dining menus, bus schedules and more are readily available within TouchNet Mobile. I can’t add it to my apple wallet like it’s advertising which is incredibly inconvenient. I also have to login every single time I want to access my ID it’s annoying. While I do need my student ID this is an extremely inconvenient way to have one

Unable to Deregister from Broken Phone or Reset for ID on New Phone

Taking an exam and need ID however my wallet has been missing. Went to try and log into this for the second time and unknown to me you can only register to one phone at a time. Further that the message says to contact one web but I do not have an account with them. Nor do they provide a link for my prospective college. Sloppy.

I’ve been dealing with this sorry app for three years. In my county we’re supposed to have free bus rides as students, yet for these past three years I’ve rarely ever been able to take advantage of this benefit because this app doesn’t work. I wish my school would abandon this app.

App hasn’t worked all year. No way to troubleshoot. Suppressing Students from being able to access basic needs their ID is unacceptable. This effects how we function. I cannot access library, bus fare, entry to state parks, lunch lines, and financial aid offices if the app cannot function.
