Amazing App
Radisson by far is my favorite hotel chain. They are the fastest growing hotel company in the market. They have amazing service an amazing team behind them. If you guys are a Hilton or a Marriott preferred Client I suggest that you should look into Radisson hotels. They are game changing. If you go to Radisson hotel tell them that Moin Kazi sent you.

Worst hotel chain app by far
I hardly ever write reviews of applications. I am making an exception in this case. I encountered just an appalling number of defects in this application. Reserving a room is all but impossible on the app. You select a rate, you’re ready to book the room, and then you receive an error saying the rate isn’t available. I tried this for half a dozen other room rates and even at two different properties in the same city. Tried it on two different days and received the same errors. The only way I was able to book a room was through a travel agent.
Atrocious quality control.

Great app but a serious mistake in the app
The phone number shown in the app for Premium Rewards customers is the wrong number, must have been a typo, it’s the number for an adult chat line. If you login as a premium member, click Account and scroll to 24h Exclusive Contact Center, the phone number that shows up when you click it is either incorrect or calls that chat line. Please fix asap
