The nursing agency I work for, utilizes this company for daily pay. I was away from work for a while, and had a balance. They worked with me to get it paid back as soon as I could. They were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. They are very easy to get in contact with and quick to resolve any issues. My balance updates automatically everyday after clocking out. Personally I’m very surprised of the poor reviews because I’ve never had any issues. Overall, I enjoy this daily pay company over most others, especially since they don’t have stupid limits.

Absolutely pointless!!! In New York, many healthcare agencies provide same day pay. However… my agency with all of its brilliance take on this HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE REVIEWS that DOES NOT WORK! You have to CALL to get KEEPER to update your balance. THEN… I took out some money only for them to turn around on a FRIDAY afternoon, and take the money back out of MY BANK ACCOUNT. Mind you… their offices close at 1pm on a Friday. How convenient. And that’s after having the audacity to charge $4.99 EACH time you want to take your OWN MONEY OUT. It’s half past RIDICULOUS! Especially for a system that DOESN’T WORK!!!! They’re obviously making money ripping off folks, yet their “technicians” CAN’T get their system to WORK, which it’s been months for me but seems like longer according to the reviews. The “executives” must be too busy taking the money to pay themselves high salaries while screwing the rest of us. I’m going off on my agency as soon as Monday morning hits. DON’T SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY!!! IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

It’s been nothing but issues since I’ve made my account. For a week now, I haven’t been able to get anything off my check, and the app won’t add my card. It added my bank account, but every time I try to add my card, it says all set, but the card won't show up. I’ve called numerous times and have been getting the same answer. Just horrible

I signed up for this service through my job, and honestly, it’s been nothing but a headache. When I did my first payout using my Chime debit card, it worked. Now every payout fails over and over again. I contacted Chime, replaced my virtual card, and tried again — still failed.I called customer service, and the rep tried to tell me they “can’t use virtual cards,” which makes zero sense because a virtual card is literally the same as a physical card. She couldn’t explain anything, and the call just went silent for five minutes. Very unprofessional.What makes it worse is I saw another review where a woman said she also had issues with her Chime card. She was told to open a whole new bank account for “better compatibility.” She did exactly that, activated the new physical card, and it STILL failed — even with the bank THEY recommended.So clearly this isn’t a Chime issue; it’s their system. They keep giving excuses instead of fixing what’s wrong. If you depend on on-demand pay or consistent payouts, this service is unreliable and honestly not worth the stress
