The app doesn’t work. Not even a little bit. It just shows a blank white screen when you click on it. I went into my local theater and asked them how I could use my rewards account and they were able to look it up by my name and phone number. I showed them that the app wasn’t working and they didn’t seem to care or try to ask a manager for assistance or anything. I downloaded and deleted the app multiple times and still no success with making it work.

I'm only giving one star just to get a response. I will change it, once my question is answered.I want to join the Rewards program but if it requires using the app, it's not worth it. My location has been open for 26 years and still do not have an update app. Now have to pay an un-convenient fee each time to use through Fandango. Very disappointing.
