Love the therapist workshops!

The Bored Receptionist
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I love this app. Therapy is really expensive. This app breaks down the therapy process into small lessons and sessions, and then you get access to a few live workshops every week. Each one is led by a great therapist. I’ve learned a lot. The workshop “Taming Worrying Thoughts” was particularly helpful to me (I tend to worry a lot). But I feel like this app is helping me change.

Foodie dude in NYC
It’s really tough for me to be mindful of what I’m feeling, but this app has legitimately helped me. The guided journaling helps me connect all the dots. I feel like I’m more present and more aware in my relationships!

downloaded this thinking it’s a therapy app but it throws you through this constant loop of trying to see if you qualify with insurance and I did everything til it brought me back to app and nothing changed so I check therapy again just to do the same thing as before. Plus if you have more than anxiety and depression this app isn’t for you, sincerely more mentally ill than the “basics”
