I absolutely love this app! If it wasn’t for this app, my Anthurium Lily probably would’ve died. My only one concern is the free trial. I did subscribe to the free trial and it did work for the first week (which I know is normal) but after that it said it expired (which I know is also every normal). The only thing is that it didn’t still say subscribed even when I subscribed to the monthly regular plan. Please check this out. Thank you so much for this awesome app though!

I think this app is pretty good to use. I just got a Moth Orchid and I use this app to care for it! (And my knowledge of plants) I know I can’t expect perfect answers unless it’s from a real person and not a robot or something like that lol. So far this app seems like it has a lot of information and care tips. Another thing I would suggest they update is Maybe making the price for premium cheaper though I can’t complain much because it I guess it’ll work. I’ve only use this app for a while but again it’s so far worked pretty well and definitely recommend if you are plant parent like me! Though looking up care tips, make sure you have the right plant, I accidentally looked up the wrong plant and got the wrong care tips. Didn’t work so well for me! I I hope you find this review helpful even though it doesn’t have that much to say just lots and lots of words. I think I typed too much just to say a little.

Do not get this app. It did not work the day I downloaded it and so I canceled the “free” subscription but was still charged a week. They claim in responses to reviews that you have to go in your phone settings to cancel yet they make sure those instructions are not available in the actual app. I know for a fact I canceled and the app said my subscription would end the following week yet they were still able to charge me and contacting Apple, they make you wait for a 48 hour review to see if they will refund. Apple trying to tell me that they don’t see the cancel on their end until the day I filed the dispute. Because the app is a scam and makes you think you canceled in-app just to scam you out of money. Clicking the manage subscription button in-app, there should be a clear message there saying you have to go in your settings on your phone and cancel. This message only shows up AFTER they scam you out of a week at $7.99. SCAM!!!!

If I could give this app a zero score I would. This app is the poorest product I have ever used in the Apple store. I wanted the PLNT Plant and tree identifier app to help me identify plants and trees in my garden and on my walks in the woods. I took a picture of the unknown plant and the app gave me 3 possibilities. I showed the 3 possibilities to my neighbor because she is a professional botanist and a professor of botany at my local university. I knew the plant was a hydrangea by that point. It was the poorest identification app my botanist friend had ever seen. Now I cannot even cancel unless I contact “support” via email. I did send an email to support requesting immediate cancellation of my free trial but who knows what happens in support. My free trial expires at midnight on the 6th of June. I am contacting Apple with my complaints. In the past Apple carefully vetted their 3rd party apps. This product fell through the cracks.
